The design concept is "flow. The "flow" here refers to both the flow of wind and the flow of people. When I looked at the subject site, I felt that one of its merits and characteristics is that it is adjacent to the Makomanai River. Therefore, I designed the landscape to take advantage of the wind from the river and to feel the wind in every part of the space. By slightly modifying the terrain and making the slope gentler, the wind climbing from the direction of the river is carried gently.
In the path of the river breeze, the swaying of the leaves visualizes the wind.
In the small hill of cherry blossoms, the line of movement of people and the line of movement of the wind overlap.
In the small forest of autumn leaves, the wind passes through the paved trees.
The flow of wind will create a flow of people by creating a mechanism that makes people want to visit each place.

デザインコンセプトは「流れ」。ここで言う「流れ」とは、風の流れでもあり、人の流れでもある。本対象地を見たとき、真駒内川が隣接していることが1つのメリットであり特徴だと感じた。そこで、川からの風を利用して、空間のあらゆるところで風を感じ取れるようランドスケープデザインを行った。地形に少し手を加え傾斜を緩やかにすることで、川の方向から登る風をゆるやかに運ぶ。
川風の道では、葉の揺れが風を視覚化する。
桜の小さな丘では、人の動線と風の動線が重なる。
紅葉の小さな森では、敷き詰められた木々の間を風が通り抜ける。
人が思わず各所を巡りたくなるような仕掛けづくりにより、風の流れが人の流れを生み出すだろう。
